Tier advancement is based on cumulative qualifying wagering activity within a rolling calendar period. Benefits at each tier level, including cashback percentages, reload bonus entitlements, withdrawal processing priority, and BDT bet limit increases, are detailed in the VIP programme terms published on the Platform. l999bet reserves the right to modify VIP programme benefits or tier thresholds with 14 days' prior notice to affected players.

All bets placed on l999bet — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events, or specialty games — are subject to these Terms and the specific game or sports betting rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

A bet is only confirmed as accepted when a bet reference number is issued and the stake is deducted from the player's account balance.

Void Bets and Disputes

Bets may be voided by l999bet in the following circumstances: where the relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or abandoned without a result; where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; where a game malfunction is identified by the game provider; or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets are returned at stake value to the player's account balance within 24 hours of the void decision.

Disputes regarding bet settlements must be raised with l999bet support within 7 days of the relevant event result being posted. Disputes raised beyond this window may not be considered. l999bet's decision on any dispute, following a full review of available evidence, is final.

l999bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Detection of fraud, money laundering, or any activity that l999bet reasonably suspects to be criminal in nature.
• Detection of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion with other players.
• Account holder found to be under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wagering activity.
• Player request for self-exclusion submitted via the responsible gaming tools or via [email protected].

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Any balance attributable to the player's own deposited funds — minus any amounts related to void transactions — will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l999bet's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

l999bet is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove inaccurate due to data feed errors.
• Losses incurred due to network connectivity issues, mobile browser incompatibilities, or device malfunctions on the player's side.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or data providers whose services are integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits l999bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with principles of international online gaming practice and the operational standards applicable to the Bangladesh market. By using l999bet, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of l999bet's designated dispute resolution process for any claim arising from your use of the Platform.
